— Word was received here that Mrs. Emelia Kaufman, aged resident of the Pretty Prairie community, died Monday evening at the Anthony hospital. She was born in Russia on March 14,1876, and was a member of the First Mennonite Church at Pretty Prairie. Five sons, two daughters, and a large number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren survive.
