HEAD INJURY FATAL TO 22-YEAR-OLD PENNSYLVANIA YOUTH
Belleville, Pa. — Funeral services for 22-year-old Reuben Kanagy, son of Deacon Levi P. Kanagys who was fatally injured in a car-buggy accident, were largely attended. the services were held May 16 at the Kanagy home.
The young man was returning home Sunday evening from an Amish singing when his buggy was struck by a speeding car. Doctors at Lewistown hospital performed surgery for a head injury Monday morning, but died that evening.
