VIRGINIA BOY, 14, LOSES LIFE IN TRACTOR ACCIDENT
Stuarts Draft, Va. — Funeral services were held here on Oct. 3 for Alvin Kanagy, 14-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Korie J. Kanagy who was instantly killed in a tractor accident the evening of Sept. 30. The parents and three younger brothers survive.
The boy was driving to a field in the evening to do some discing, when the machine suddenly turned and upset on a slight grade, pining him underneath.
Among the many relatives and friends who came here for the funeral was a large group from Mifflin county, Pa.
