RETIRED GARAGE OWNER OF NEW HAMBURG, ONT. DIED SUDDENLY

New Hamburg, Ontario. — Funeral services for Jonas B. Jantzi, 66, well known retired business man here, were held at the First Mennonite church of Kitchener on May 8, Rev. John Hess officiating. Mr. Jantzi’s sudden death occurred May 5 while on a drive through the Linwood district. He stopped at a farm home and asked for a drink of water, and a short time later suffered a fatal attack.

Before retiring, he operated a garage here for a period of 35 years. He was an active member of the First Mennonite church, Kitchener, where he taught a Sunday school class.

Surviving are his wife, Mattie, two sons and two daughters, and brothers and sisters.
