● Longtime Hesston resident Anna Jantz, 94, died Nov. 6 at Bethel Deaconess hospital, Newton. Funeral services were held Nov. 9 at Meridian church of God in Christ, Mennonite, with Franklin Wenger officiating. Survivors include five sons, Cecil and Jason, both of McPherson, Marion of Horton, Mo., Don of Butler, Mo., and Marcelus of Valrico, Fla.; five daughters, Adell and Roma Jantz, both of Hesston, Bernice Nightengale of Ingalls, Emily Nachtigal of Arvada, Calif., and Wanda Amstutz of Topeka; 27 grandchildren; and 50 great-grandchildren.
