Belleville, Pa. — Yonie M. Hostetler of the Amish settlement at Reedsville was instantly killed early Saturday morning, May 25, when his horse shied, pulling the spring wagon on which he was riding into the path of the car. The wagon was demolished and the horse escaped without injury.
The young man, 29 years of age and unmarried, was en route to a carpenter job. Funeral services were conducted May 27 by Crist Zook.
