BISHOP OF ILLINOIS CHURCH DISTRICT CALLED BY DEATH
Prophetstown, Ill. — Funeral services for L. C. Hostetler, aged bishop of the Amish Mennonite church district here, were held recently at the Fairfield A.M. church near Tampico.
Bishop Hostetler passed away Oct. 27, a few days after returning home from a trip to Oregon with his sons John L. and Donald Hostetler.
