FUNERAL HELD AT HALSTEAD FOR MORRIS HOLDEMAN, KILLED IN AUTO ACCIDENT
Halstead, Kansas. — One of the largest funerals held in this community in a long time was held here Sunday afternoon, march 15, when services took place at the Church of God in Christ Mennonite for Morris Holdeman, who died from injuries received in an auto accident.
The young man, the 20 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Holdeman, passed away Thursday, March 12, at the Halstead Hospital. The fatal auto accident had happened on the previous Sunday evening.
The parents and six brothers survive.
Burial took place in the Meridian cemetery at Hesston.
