Services for Accident Victim At Berne

Berne, Ind. — Funeral services for Willard S. Herschy, 54, former resident of this community who was killed in a highway accident in Ohio, were held at the Yager funeral home here March 27. Rev. Olin A. Krehbiel, pastor of the First Mennonite church officiated.

Mr. Hirschy, who at one time operated an insurance agency here, lost his life near Seville, Ohio while on a cross-country trip delivering new trucks for a Ft. Wayne firm. His truck went of the side of the highway and overturned.

He made his home at Ft. Wayne, and had been a truck driver for 13 years. A sister and brother of Berne are the only survivors.
