Retired Farmer and Teacher Dies
Pandora, Ohio. — Funeral services for Edward Hilty, 81, retired farmer and school teacher, were held Sept. 23 at the Grace Mennonite church here, Rev. Wilmer Shelly officiating.
Mr. Hilty died Sept. 21 in a Weston rest home, having been in ill health for several years. He was born near here July 15, 1878.
Surviving are his wife, the former Martha Sommer, five children, three sisters, 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
