— A number of local relatives and friends attended the funeral services of Mrs. J. J. Hiebert at the First Mennonite church in Hillsboro on Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. Hiebert died Friday evening at the home of her children, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Hein near Lehigh. She was the mother of Mrs. D. D. The car was dragged some distance before the engine could be stopped. Both Mrs. Weibe and her daughter, who suffered severe bruises in the face, are making a good recovery. Other children in the Hiebert family who mourn the death of their mother at Lehigh are, Mrs. D. J. Hein, Lehigh; Mrs. P. D. Unruh and Mrs. Henry D. Hiebert, both of Newport, Wash.; Mrs. Walter Lindteigen, Dan S., and Edmund Hiebert, all of Hillsboro, and Reuben Hiebert of Goessel.
