AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT RESULTS IN DEATH OF MRS. JACOB HEPPNER

Plum Coulee, Man. — An automobile accident at the railroad crossing on the highway east of this city Thursday night, Sept. 21, caused the serious injury and death of Mrs. Jac. Heppner of West Kildoman. In the wrecked car were also Mrs. P. C. Striemer, Plum Coulee, Mrs. D. D. Derksen, Horndean; D. D. Derksen, Horndean, the driver, and J. Harder, Winnipeg. Mrs. Striemer and Mrs. Derksen were both seriously injured.

According to reports, the automobile hit a culvert when the driver lost control of the machine while crossing the railroad tracks.

Funeral services held for Mrs. Heppner in Winnipeg were largely attended.
