Delavan, Ill. — Relatives from this community attended funeral services at Vandalia, Mo. for 16-year-old Richard Hartman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alpheus Hartman of that place who was fatally injured in a hunting accident. Mr. and Mrs. John E. Litwiller of Delavan are the parents of Mrs. Hartman, the former Lila Litwiller.
