MOTHER OF REV. W. W. HARMS CALLED AWAY IN DEATH LAST WEEK

Lehigh, Kansas. — Funeral services for Mrs. H. S. Harms were held in the Goertz funeral home at Hillsboro at 1:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon, Jan. 4, with Rev. P. R. Just officiating.

At 2:30 the services commenced at the Springfield church southwest of Lehigh. Rev. J. E. Plett, Rev. F. V. Wiebe, and rev. H. H. Flaming spoke words of comfort. A male quartet of the Gnadenau church and one of the Soringfield church sang several beautiful selections. Rev. J. W. Vogt officiated at the cemetery. The Goertz funeral home was in charge. Mrs. harms was laid to rest in the cemetery of the Springfield church.

She was the mother of Rev. W. W. Harms, minister of the Springfield congregation. She reached the age of 72 years.

Mrs. harms and her husband, H. S. Harms, were married 51 years and six months.
