SON OF EVANGELIST CALLED BY DEATH

Orrville, Ohio. — Funeral services for Donald L. Hammer, 17, were held Oct. 29 at the Kidron Mennonite church, D. Walter Miller of Wooster officiating.

The youth died Oct. 26 at the home of his parents, Rev. and Mrs. Howard Hammer near Kidron, after being ill three weeks with leukemia. He was a junior at the Eastern Mennonite high school, Harrisonburg, Va. Rev. Hammer is well known as the speaker for the Hammer evangelistic services.
