Former Berne Doctor Dies in Florida

Berne, Ind. — Word was received here that Dr. Myron L. Habegger, 67, died Sept. 23 at the home of a son, Dr. James Habegger in Rockledge, Fla. after suffering a heart attack.

A native of this community, Dr. Habegger was a physician and surgeon in Berne from 1933 to 1953. During this time he was active in civic affairs and the First Mennonite Church. He continued in active practice at Cocoa, Fla. until his death.

Surviving in addition to the son at Rockledge are his widow, a son Frederick Carl of Cocoa, four sisters living in Berne and one in Wheaton, Ill.
