Indiana Youth Dies Of Accident Injuries

TRUCK-CAR COLLISION NEAR GOSHEN FATAL TO LLOYD GRABER, 18

Goshen, Ind. — Funeral services for 18-year-old Lloyd Graber of the Bourbon community in Marshall county, fatally injured in a car-truck crash near here, were held Sunday afternoon, Aug. 16, at the First Mennonite church of Nappanee.

The youth died in Goshen hospital on Aug. 13,six days after he suffered a skull fracture and other injuries in the accident. He and two brothers, Joseph W. Graber, 29, and Allen R. Graber, 13, were thrown from the truck. The older brother was hospitalized for a time also.

The dead youth, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Graber, would have been a senior in the Etna Green high school this year. Surviving are the parents, eight brothers, two sisters and the grandmother, Mrs. Anna Slabaugh of Loogootee, Ind.
