RETIRED FARMER DIED AT AGE 79
Sugarcreek, Ohio. — Funeral services for Ira Gerber, 79, retired farmer of the Barrs Mills community, were held at the Walnut Creek Mennonite church on Dec. 21. He died at his home of a heart attack on Dec. 18, only a few days before his 80th birth day.
Mr. Gerber was a native of Holmes county and a lifelong resident of this vicinity. He leaves his wife, Emma, two sons, a stepdaughter, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
