— At the Mennonite Brethren church at Hillsboro, Kansas, on Saturday, March 11, funeral services were held for 12 year old Ruben Funk, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Funk. The lad had suffered an injury on his leg which at first was not considered serious but later developed into blood poisoning. During his 10-day illness grief-stricken parents and relatives steadfastly continued to hope for his recovery. Death, however, came Monday morning, March 6.
