ALICE G. FRICKE

Alice G., daughter of Peter and Lydia (Gearig) Seller, was born on April 23, 1895 near Archbold, Ohio. She died Oct. 2, 1961, one hour after being admitted to the Defiance City, Ohio Hospital, reaching the age of 66 years, five months and nine days.

She found peace with Jesus and was baptized in 1913 and added to the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite, of which she remained a faithful member until the end.

On Dec. 2, 1919 she was united in marriage with Harvey D. Fricke of Ithaca, Mich. To this union were born six children, Joseph S., who died in infancy, Lydia (Mrs. John J. Bok), Frederick F., Mabel E., Pauline M., and Margaret P. Rassman, all of Defiance, Ohio.

She leaves to mourn her bereaved husband; five children, eight grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Ann Brace, Ida,and Myra (Mrs. J. L. Fricke), all of Archbold; two brothers, Amandus of Carson City, Mich. and Frank of Archbold; and a number of nieces and nephews, and a host of relatives and friends. Those who preceded her in death were her parents, brothers Benjamin and Henry, and sister Elizabeth.

She was a kind and loving mother and grandmother and always willing to lend a helping hand in time of need. — The Family.
