Roy Frey, 66, died on Jan. 18. A member of Central Mennonite Church, he is survived by his wife, Ilva (Short); a daughter, Carolyn (Mrs. Dwight) Kauffman; three grandsons; three brothers, Vernon, Wilbur and Glenferd; and two sisters, Naomi Leupp and Orpha Frey.
