— In far northern British Columbia, at Takysie Lake, a flash fire destroyed the cabin of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Fehr and fatally burned their one-year-old daughter. The parents suffered severe burns. Funeral services for the child were held April 5 at Grassy Plains, B.C.
