MANITOBA PIONEER, NEARLY 90 YEARS OLD, CALLED AWAY IN DEATH
Steinbach, Man. — A former pioneer resident of this community, Cornelius Fast, passed away recently and was brought to his final earthly resting place at funeral services held Sunday, July 13.
Mr. Fast passed away at Winkler, to which community he had moved and where he lived with his family for about 40 years. He was close to his 90th birthday and not in the best of health in recent months.
Among the survivors is an aged brother, H. L. Fast.
