FAULTY BRAKES TO BLAME FOR FATAL ACCIDENT IN MEXICO

Cuauhtemoc, Mexico. — Latest information received here indicates that faulty brakes were to blame for the fatal truck accident in which David Falk lost his life some weeks ago.

Mr. Falk was bringing a truck load of used machinery from the States for resale to Old Colony farmers in Mexico. It appears that the brakes gave way on a steep grade some 20 miles north of Chihuahua and Mr. Falk jumped out of the truck when he saw the vehicle going out of control. native Mexicans rushed him to the hospital, but he died shortly afterward.
