— Funeral services for Mrs. Ethel E. Erb, 71, wife of Rev. Allen H. Erb of Hesston, were held Saturday afternoon, Oct. 31, at the Hesston Mennonite church with Rev. Peter B. Wiebe and Rev. George Kauffman officiating. Mrs. Erb died Oct. 28 at the Bethel Deaconess hospital. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Cooprider of McPherson county, and was a charter member of the Hesston congregation and also of the Lebanon, Ore. Mennonite church, which she and her husband helped organize. Surviving in addition to her husband are three sisters, Dr. Florence Friesen and Mrs. J. R. Diller of Hesston, and Mrs. J. K. Zook of Goshen, Ind.
