AGED MINISTER CALLED AWAY IN DEATH AT CHILLIWACK, B. C.
Altona, Manitoba. — Rev. Peter P. Epp, 89, former minister at Altona and Morden, Manitoba, died at the Chilliwack, British Columbia hospital on June 29, it has been learned here. Burial was made at Abbotsford.
Rev. Epp, who came to the Steinbach vicinity from South Rusia [sic Russia] in 1874 at the age of 10, was ordained to the ministry in 1910. The family moved to Abbotsford in 1936 and he continued active in the ministry until his retirement a few years ago
Surviving are six daughters and six sons, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
