— Mrs. Maria Epp, wife of Rev. Peter P. Epp, of Abbotsford, B. C., passed away suddenly at her home early last month at the age of 79. Rev. and Mrs. Epp had celebrated their golden wedding anniversary on December 8, 1946. They were former residents of the Altona, Man., vicinity where Rev. epp served as pastor of of [sic] the Bergthaler church. Thirteen children and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren survive.
