● Hazel Clara Entz, 91, died Aug. 13 at Wheat State Manor in Whitewater. She was a homemaker. Services were held Aug. 17 at Swiss Mennonite Church, Whitewater, with George Castillo and Arnold Ensz officiating. Survivors include a son, Robert of rural Whitewater; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Her husband, Herman, died in 1972.
