Asien, Nikolaipol, Ansiedlung bei Aulieata. – Br. Corn. Eck ist seit dem 31 Okt. aus unserer Mitte. Er entschlief sanft im Herrn im Alter von 53 J. 5 M. und 25 T., nachdem er ohngefähr einen Monat schwer gelitten. Er hinterläßt zwei Söhne, von denen der älteste bereits selbst Vater von Kindern ist, und 3 Töchter, die zwei jüngsten noch unerzogen. Seine Gattin ging ihm vor einigen Jahren voran in die ewige Ruhe....

Brother Cornelius Eck is gone from our midst since October 31. He passed away gently in the Lord at the age of 53 years, 5 months and 25 days, after having been seriously ill for about one month. He leaves behind two sons, the eldest of whom is already a father of children himself, and 3 daughters, the two youngest still uneducated. His wife preceded him into eternal rest a few years ago....
