NEWTON & VICINITY
Stanley Mark Dirks, 44, died Aug. 8 at Bethesda Home in Goessel. Services were held at Central Heights Mennonite Church in Durham. Survivors include his parents, Emil and Orpha Dirks of Goessel; two brothers, DeWayne Dirks of Topeka and Dennis Unruh of Gypsum; and two sisters, Gloria Rediger of Newton and Kathleen Wilson of Spokane, Wash.
