Elmer Linscheid, 56, of the Arlington community is reported in serious condition at Grace Hospital in Hutchinson following a truck crash near Arlington Tuesday night, June 22. He had stopped his truck at a bridge to wait for oncoming traffic to pass, and the vehicle was hit from the rear by another truck.
