— Mrs. Isaac (Ratzlaff) Decker of East Broadway passed away at the St. Francis Hospital in Wichita Thursday, Nov. 24, after an extended illness. Funeral services were held Monday at a local funeral chapel and at the Elmdale Bible Hall near Roxbury. Among those who came for the funeral were a brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ben F. Decker of Enid, Okla.
