OLDEST RESIDENT OF KANSAS COMMUNITY PASSED AWAY AT 98
Moundridge, Kansas. — Funeral services for Frank n. Davis, 98, the oldest resident of this community, were held at the West Zion Mennonite church on Nov. 28. He passed away Nov. 25 at the home of a son, A. H. Davis.
Born in Marion county, Ohio, on Aug. 1, 1849, Mr. Davis came to newton in 1882, where he married Annie Crippen. Following a period of residence in Arkansas, they moved to Moundridge in 1898 and had lived here since. He joined the Mennonite church in 1906.
