— A fatal auto accident took place soon after noon Saturday near the Marion county line on Highway K-15 north of Newton, when a car driven by Mrs. Danny Cleary of Wichita skidded on loose gravel at the curve and overturned several times. Her companion, Mrs. Betty Cruth, 19, of Hoisington, mother of three children, was badly injured and died a short time later at the Bethesda hospital, Goessel. The car was completely demolished.
