Aibonito, Puerto Rico. — The Mennonite mission community here was saddened recently by the unexpected passing of Henry Crossgrove, 50, who died March 16 while putting the finishing touches on his new home in Aibonito.

A resident of Archbold, Ohio until 1941, he operated celery farms at Sarasota, Fla. until 1957 when he came to Puerto Rico to serve as a builder. He had constructed a number of hospital and church buildings since his arrival on the field.

A funeral service was conducted Sunday morning, March 18, at the Aibonito Mennonite Church by Lester T. Hershey and Lawrence Greaser, after which the body was sent by plane to Archbold, Ohio for final services and burial at the Central Mennonite Church.
