— Prof. J. E. Linscheid, of Bethel College, went to Beatrice, Nebr., last Friday to attend the funeral exercise for Mrs. Aron Claassen, who passed away Thursday night. Mrs. Linscheid has been at the bedside of her mother since Mrs. Claassen had received a stroke about two weeks previous to her death. The funeral took place Sunday afternoon at the Beatrice Mennonite Church.
