HUSBAND AND WIFE CALLED BY DEATH AT WINKLER, MANITOBA
Winkler, Manitoba. — Funeral services were held at the Bergthaler church here for Mr. and Mrs. Peter Brown, who passed away within a few days of each other, on April 10 and 13.
Mr. Brown, 52, suffered a stroke on the way to work in Winnipeg and died a short time later following a second stroke. Following the funeral, held April 13, his wife collapsed and died suddenly while at the home of the mother, Mrs. Isaac Brown, in Winkler.
Surviving are eight children, the youngest four years of age, and two grandchildren.
