DEATH CLAIMS RETIRED FARMER OF WELLMAN IOWA AT AGE 87
Wellman, Iowa. — Funeral services or Peter C. Brenneman, well-known retired farmer here and one of the oldest members of the Wellman Mennonite church, were held Aug. 9 at the East Union Mennonite church, Geo. S. Miller and Max Yoder officiating.
Mr. Brenneman, who was born near here Nov. 7, 1867, died at Mercy hospital in Iowa City on Aug. 7, the last of a family of 12 children to pass away. He farmed near Kalona most of his life.
