COLD TABLETS FATAL
Kitchener, Ont., Can. — The three year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Brenneman of Hayesville, Mary Ellen, died here last week about one hour after having eaten a bottle of cold tablets.
The tragedy happened while the child’s mother was out in the barn washing milking utensils and the father was away in Kitchener. A smaller brother, David had been put to bed.
The child was in convulsions when found by the grief-stricken mother.
