Lancaster, Pa. — Ivan S. Bowman, 47-year-old farmer of the Ronks community, died suddenly in his barn Dec. 15 as result of a heart attack. Funeral services were held Dec. 19 at the Paradise Mennonite Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mae Wilson Bowman; five children, Ivan, Jr., James, John, Mrs. John (Leanne) Groff, and Betty; one sister, Mrs. Elva Martin, wife of Rev. Alvin Martin; and six brothers, Walter, Raymond, Henry, Clayton, Aaron and Edwin Bowman.
