Well-Known Farmer Died At Goshen

Goshen, Ind. — Henry Bontrager, 65, well known farmer who lived on the same farm northeast of here for 30 years, died April 26 at the Goshen hospital.

Funeral services were held April 29 at the Griner Conservative church south of Middlebury where he had served as a trustee. The services were in charge of Sam. T. Eash. Clarence Yoder and Lewis Kaufman.

Mr. Bontrager was a native of Elkhart county and had farmed in Elkhart and Lagrange counties throughout his life. He is survived by his wife, Savilla, six children, two brothers and three sisters.
