TRACTOR TIPS OVER BACKWARDS, FATALLY INJURING OHIO GIRL

Plain city, Ohio. — A tractor accident near here May 12 claimed the life of Susie Alice Beachy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eli M. Beachy.

She was standing on the drawbar of a tractor driven by Bernard Mayberry when it ran into a small ledge after crossing a stream. The machine turned over backwards, pinning her underneath. It was about an hour before a wrecker arrived to release her, and she died shortly after being admitted to the hospital.

Funeral services were held at the United Brethren Church, with ministers of the Conservative Mennonite church officiating.
