● Irene C. (Keller) Baumann, 90, a longtime Halstead resident and homemaker, died Oct. 4 at Memorial Home for the Aged, Moundridge. Graveside services were held Oct. 6 at Halstead Cemetery. John Gaeddert and John H. Waltner officiated. A native of Salisbury, Mo., she was a member of First Mennonite Church, Halstead. Survivors include her husband, Sam; one daughter, Evelyn Young of Halstead; one brother, Arthur Keller of Halstead; and two grandchildren.
