18 MONTH OLD CHILD DROWNS IN CALIF. IRRIGATION DITCH
Winton, Calif. — Little Martha Sue Bastick, 18 month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Bastick of Stockton, drowned in an irrigation ditch here a short time after the family had arrived to visit Mrs. Bastick's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jake Spence.
