INSTANTLY KILLED IN TWO-CAR COLLISION NEAR ARCHBOLD, OHIO

Archbold, Ohio. — A two-car collision July 23 near her home on Route 2, Archbold, resulted in instant death for Miss Viola M. Baer, 55. Funeral services were held at the West Clinton Mennonite church, with D. L. Sommers and Olen Nofziger officiating.

Miss Baer, who lived with her mother, Mrs. Katie Baer, was en route to her work at the Archbold Ladder Co. when her car was struck by another auto carrying five men to their work on the New York Central Railroad. Three of the men were hospitalized.

Miss Baer is survived by her mother, two brothers and three sisters.
