Spilled gasoline had apparently spread over his clothing.

Bishop Dies of Injuries

Injuries suffered two days earlier when his horse and buggy were struck by an auto proved fatal Sept. 11 to David B. Zook, Amish bishop residing on Route 1, New Holland, Pa.

Bishop Zook was returning home when he apparently failed to see an approaching car at an intersection. Tall corn obscured the view of the car driver, 20-year-old Ivan Martin of Denver.
