LEVI O. ALBRECHT

Levi O. Albrecht was born in Bureau County near Tiskilwa, Ill. to Christian and Fanny Stecker Albrecht on Nov. 20, 1885, and passed away on May 7, 1958, at his home near Morton, Ill.

On Jan. 8, 1914, he was united in marriage to Lydia Roth of Morton. He is survived by his wife; three sons, Howard and wife Kathryn, Marion and wife Oleeda, and Milo, all of Morton; six grandchildren; one brother Alvin of Tiskilwa; two sisters Lena of Tiskilwa and Mildren, Mrs. Elmer Hartzler of Princton; nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

Father had been in failing health for three and one-half years. He suffered much at times, but bore it patiently. He lived in the Morton community for 44 years and was a farmer. He was seldom absent from church services when able to go, and served as Sunday school superintendent and teacher for many years.

Funeral services were held at the Morton Mennonite Church in charge of Bro. Kenneth Good, his pastor, assisted by Bro. E. M. Rocke at the church and Bro. Roy D. Roth at the cemetery.

Burial was made at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery near Tremont, ill. The Family.
