This is a preliminary attempt to put together a list of archival sources in European archives of materials on Prussian/Polish Mennonite history. I've collected references from notes in older publications and from other sources that have been available to me. I would be glad for any additions or corrections.
I haven't listed here the church record books of the Prussian Mennonites, since those are relatively well known and widely distributed on microfilm. I may get around to listing them eventually.
This is an ongoing project. All of these lists should be considered working drafts. I'm putting this on a web page in order to leave more of a record than previous historians have on this topic. I hope that future researchers won't have to duplicate the efforts of their predecessors in hunting down the large volume of archival sources.
