• Mrs. Walter A. Zook, 74, formerly of the Larned community, died Sept. 2 at Schowalter Villa in Hesston where she had lived the past year. Mrs. Zook was the former Elizabeth Shank of Versailles, Mo. She was married to Walter Zook in 1914, and they moved to the Larned community. He died in 1963. Funeral services for Mrs. Zook were held Sunday afternoon at the Vernon Funeral Home in Larned.
