SMALL BOY KILLED IN FARM MISHAP
Ephrata, Pa.- Funeral services for four-year-old Marvin M. Zimmerman were held on the farm of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Titus Zimmerman of rural Lititz, and at the Midway Mennonite Church in Ephrata Township on Saturday, May 19. Marvin was killed outright on his parents’ farm on May 16 when a clawed wheel of a tractor ran over his head. The accident occurred when the boy apparently tried to help his uncle, Isaac S. Zimmerman, 24, hook a manure spreader to the tractor. Survivors in addition to his parents include a brother, Elvin M., and a sister, Ellen M., both of the home.
